Platters for Saturday, a capon for Christmas, raclette for six on a winter evening: your customers already order ahead at the counter or by phone. Add Your Shop is an online shop for delis, cheese shops and butchers, on your own website: orders paid in advance, prepared at your pace and collected at the slot your customers chose.
No setup fee, no monthly fee. 2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 a month.

At a good counter, everything is cut to order. Online, the trick is to sell what you can prepare ahead: platters, portions, boxes and festive orders, each with a time to collect.
Every order arrives by email with the products, the slot and the customer's note, so it's cut, wrapped and labelled before they walk in.

Cheese and meat are sold by weight; an online shop works best with set portions at set prices — a piece of Comté of about 250 g, a platter for six, a 5 kg barbecue box. You keep the knife and the scales; your customers keep their Saturday morning.
Open the festive orders early and close them when you've reached what you can prepare. Send us each season's range and we put it online, usually within a working day or two.
Mont d'Or season opens (it runs to 10 May) — and the season of baked cheese with it.

Barbecue boxes, picnic platters and fresh cheeses.
Weekend platters, office orders and gift vouchers.
Invented figures, real maths: 2.5% per order, never more than €49 in a calendar month, with Stripe's own fee shown separately.

Fromagerie Vasselin is a fictional cheese shop with a working Shop tab: a platter for six, a raclette set, aged Comté, hand-patted butter, a whole tomme and gift boxes, ready to collect. Fill a basket and go through the checkout — no payment is taken.
With set portions at set prices — a piece of about 250 g, a platter for six, a 5 kg box — and a note that weight may vary slightly. It's how most counters sell online, and it keeps the checkout simple.
You decide product by product. Hard cheeses and vacuum-packed charcuterie travel well with insulated packaging and a fast carrier; fresh meat and soft cheeses are usually collect-only or delivered locally. We set up each product the way you choose.
Open the orders in November with your collection days — the 23rd, the 24th, the 31st — and the number of birds you can supply. Customers pay when they reserve; once you reach your number, the product shows as sold out.
When food is sold at a distance, EU rules ask for allergen information to be available before the order is placed and again when the food is handed over (European Commission). Send us your information and we add it to each product page.
Fresh food spoils quickly, so it is excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. Your shop shows your own terms — cancellation up to 48 hours before collection, for example. If you refund an order, we refund our commission on the refunded amount. Check the rules for your activity.
2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 per calendar month: a €12,600 December costs €49 in commission. Stripe's card fee is separate. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
Send us your website address and your range — last year's Christmas order form is a perfect start. We aim to reply within one working day, in English or French, with a preview plan for your shop.
