How it works

A done-for-you online shop, from first email to first order.

Add Your Shop is a done-for-you online shop for the website you already have. You send us what you sell; we build the shop, you approve it, and we keep it up to date after launch.

At a glance

Three steps. Most of the work is ours.

You know your products and your customers. We handle the setup, the payments and the details.

Step 01

You tell us what you sell

Your website address and your range: a price list, a menu, a few photos. Even a picture of your blackboard is enough to start.

About 10 minutes of your time
Step 02

We build your shop

Your products go online in your colours, card payments are connected to your own Stripe account, and pickup, delivery or shipping is set up the way you work.

Typically a few working days
Step 03

You approve it, customers order

You check everything before launch. Then a Shop tab appears in your menu, orders arrive by email and the money goes to your Stripe account.

From launch day
What to send us

What we need from you. Rough is fine.

Send what you have, in whatever form it's in. We'll ask for anything that's missing.

  • Your website address and logoSo we can match your colours and style. If your products are already on your site, we can start from there.
  • Your products and pricesA price list, a menu, a spreadsheet or a photo of your blackboard. Up to 100 products at launch.
  • PhotosYour own photos, taken on a phone if you like. Our photo guide shows how.
  • Product detailsSizes, quantities, what's in a box or a case — and ingredients and allergens for food.
  • How customers get their orderPickup with time slots, local delivery, shipping or a mix, with your delivery areas and prices.
  • Your times and noticeWhen orders can be collected or delivered, and how much notice each product needs.
  • Your Stripe accountIn your business's name. If you don't have one yet, we'll guide you through opening it.
  • Who edits your websiteYour login, or your web designer's email. We add the Shop link, or send them a one-line instruction.

More than 100 products? Tell us — we'll confirm what's involved before we start.

Before launch

From first email to launch day.

What happens, in order, and who does what.

01

You get in touch

Fill in the form or email us. We aim to reply within one working day with a preview plan: what your shop will include, how it fits your site and what it costs — 2.5% per order, never more than €49 a month, nothing else from us.

02

You open your Stripe account

Stripe takes your customers' card payments and pays them out to your bank. The account is in your name; Stripe verifies your identity and bank details, as it must for any business taking card payments. We guide you through it.

03

We build your shop

We put your products, photos and prices online in your colours — in French, English or both — set up pickup slots, delivery zones or shipping rates, and connect your Stripe account.

04

You approve it

We show you the shop before it goes live. Change anything — a price, a photo, a word — until it's right.

05

The Shop tab goes live

We add a Shop link to your website's menu, or send your web designer a one-line instruction. Your site, address and host stay exactly as they are.

When an order comes in

An email, a bag to fill, a customer at the counter.

Customers order and pay online. Each order arrives in your inbox with everything you need to prepare it — what was ordered, who it's for, and the pickup slot or delivery address — and your customer receives a confirmation.

  • Pickup: prepare the order for the slot your customer chose and hand it over at the counter.
  • Local delivery: deliver within the zones you set, at the prices you set.
  • Shipping: pack the parcel and post it with the carrier you already use.

Getting paid

The money goes to you, not through us.

Your customers' payments go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on the schedule you choose: every business day, weekly, monthly or manually.

Stripe typically schedules a new account's first payout 7–14 days after its first live payment. After that, a payment becomes available for payout 3 business days after it's made, for accounts in France, Belgium and the UK (Stripe's figures, checked October 2026).

  • Our fee: 2.5% per order, never more than €49 a month
  • Stripe's card fee, paid to Stripe and never marked up by us
  • Every payment listed in your own Stripe account
After launch

We keep it running. You keep selling.

Changes, done for you

New products, prices, opening hours, holiday closures, a seasonal menu: send them to us and we make the change, usually within a working day or two. Or change things yourself.

Seasons and pre-orders

Christmas logs, Easter chocolates, a beef box before slaughter day: open pre-orders on a set date and choose when they can be collected.

Hosting, security and updates

Included. We host your shop on Cloudflare and keep it secure and up to date. Nothing to install, nothing to renew.

Support from real people

Email or call the team that built your shop, in French or English. We aim to reply within one working day.

Stopping

No minimum term. If you stop, the Shop link comes out of your menu and your website is just as it was. Your Stripe account stays yours.

Questions

About getting started

Visit the help centre
How long does it take to launch?

Typically a few working days once we have your products and your Stripe account is ready. A larger range, or a Stripe check that needs extra documents, can take a little longer — we'll keep you posted.

Do I need to install anything on my website?

No. We host your shop; on your website, all that changes is one link in your menu. See how it works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and others.

Who puts the products online?

We do, from whatever you send us — up to 100 products at launch. For a bigger range, we'll confirm what's involved before we start. After launch, send us changes or make them yourself.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. It's how your customers' payments reach you, and it's in your name. If you don't have one, we'll guide you through opening it: Stripe asks for your business details and bank account, and may ask for an identity document.

What do I do when an order arrives?

Prepare it as you would a phone order. The email tells you what was ordered, for when, and whether it's for pickup, local delivery or shipping.

Can I pause the shop while I'm away?

Yes. Send us your dates and we'll pause ordering for that period, or mark products as sold out yourself.

Can my shop be in French and English?

Yes. Your shop can be in French, in English or in both — useful near a border, or if you post to customers abroad.

Can I stop whenever I like?

Yes. There's no minimum term: the Shop link comes out of your menu and your website stays as it was. Our terms explain how in plain language.
