An online shop for chocolatiers, ready for Easter and Christmas.

Much of your year happens in a few weeks. Add Your Shop is an online shop for chocolatiers, on your own website, so Easter moulages, Christmas ballotins and company gifts are ordered and paid ahead — collected in your boutique or sent by post. We set it up for you.

No setup fee, no monthly fee. 2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 a month.

Your calendar

Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day: four peaks a year, and the busiest weeks are the ones with the least time to answer the phone.

An online shop takes those orders for you — paid, dated and ready to prepare — and our commission is capped at €49 a month, however busy December gets.

How it works for a chocolatier

Gift boxes ordered ahead, packed when you're ready.

Today, Easter orders come in by phone and on paper, companies email their gift lists and someone keeps it all in a notebook. With a Shop tab, each order arrives by email with the products, the pickup or delivery date and the gift message — already paid. You know what to make before the rush, not during it.

  • Ballotins by weight — 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg — with simple choices such as all dark or no alcohol

A year of orders

Four peaks, planned weeks ahead.

Open each season's pre-orders early and stop when the workshop is full. Send us the new collection and we put it online, usually within a working day or two.

November

Advent calendars and the first company gift orders; the Christmas collection goes online.

December

Saint-Nicolas figures for the 6th in Belgium and the north and east of France, then ballotins, truffles and marrons glacés for Christmas and New Year.

February

Valentine's Day: hearts and small boxes, collected or delivered on the 14th.

Easter

Moulages and fritures, pre-ordered from early March for the long weekend.

May and June

Boxes for Mother's Day and Father's Day; dragées for communions and weddings.

Summer

Shipping paused in the heat, pickup as usual, a lighter range — pâtes de fruits, and ice creams if you make them.

Autumn

La rentrée and new collections: bars, spreads, the first praline and chestnut specialities.

In figures

Three months at an illustrative chocolatier.

Invented figures, real maths: 2.5% per order, never more than €49 in a calendar month, with Stripe's own fee shown separately.

Illustrative example

October

Forty orders: bars, spreads and a few ballotins, mostly collected in the boutique.

Stripe, 1.5% + 40 × €0.25: −€26.80
You keep: €1,065.20

Easter

Add Your Shop, 2.5%: €152.00
→ capped at €49: −€49.00
Stripe, 1.5% + 160 × €0.25: −€131.20
You keep: €5,899.80

Add Your Shop, 2.5%: €233.75
→ capped at €49: −€49.00

Questions

Chocolatiers ask us

Guide: Christmas pre-orders
Can I stop shipping during a heatwave?

Yes. Shipping can be switched off for the summer, or for a few hot days, while pickup carries on. Tell us and we change it, usually within a working day or two — or do it yourself.

Can customers choose what goes in their ballotin?

Most chocolatiers offer ballotins by weight with a few options — all dark, milk and dark, no alcohol — and leave room for a message. It keeps the checkout short and your packing simple.

How do company orders work?

A company can order thirty boxes at once, choose a delivery date, add a message and pay by card like any customer. For very large orders, you can keep quoting as you do today.

What about allergens?

Nuts, milk, soy, eggs, gluten: when food is sold at a distance, EU rules ask for allergen information to be available before the order is placed. Send us your allergen table and we put it on each product page.

What does Easter cost me in commission?

2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 per calendar month. Once you reach the cap, the rest of that month's orders carry no commission. Stripe's card fee is separate: 1.5% + €0.25 for a standard European card.

Do I need a new website?

No. The shop opens from a Shop tab in your current site's menu, in your colours. Your site, your address and your host stay the same. See how it works with your site.
