Makers, artisans & boutiques

An online shop for makers, as personal as your work.

Ceramics, jewellery, leather, candles, prints, a carefully chosen boutique: people who met you at a market or in your studio want to buy again from home. Add Your Shop is an online shop for makers, on your own website, with your photos and your words: pieces shipped or collected at the studio, places booked for a workshop.

No setup fee, no monthly fee. 2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 a month.

A ceramicist's studio shop: wooden shelves of stoneware vases, mugs and bowls in soft glazes, a long worktable and a window.
Made by hand

Handmade things sell on their story. Your shop should tell it the way you do at the market stall — not like a catalogue.

We put your pieces online with your photos and descriptions, in your colours, on the website people already find you on.

How it works for a maker

One-off pieces, small series, made to order.

A one-off vase sells once, a mug comes in a batch of twenty, a ring is made to size in three weeks. Your shop handles all three: a unique piece shows as sold out once it's bought, a batch stays on sale until it's gone, and made-to-order work states its lead time.

  • Shipping zones and rates you set, and pickup at the studio
  • Gift message and delivery to someone else
  • Workshops and classes sold with their dates
  • Gift vouchers to spend in your studio or boutique

Atelier Ondine is a fictional ceramics studio with a working Shop tab: stoneware vases, mugs, plates, a serving dish, candles and a gift card. Fill a basket, choose how to receive it and go through the checkout — no payment is taken.

I make one-off pieces. How does that work?

Each piece is a product with its own photos and description, and it shows as sold out as soon as it's bought.

Can I sell made-to-order work?

Yes, with the lead time on the product page — “made to order, ready in three weeks”. The customer pays when ordering, and the order email gives you the details, the size or the engraving.

Do customers have the right to return?

For most items bought online, EU customers have 14 days to change their mind; pieces made to their specifications or clearly personalised are excluded (Your Europe: returns). Your shop's terms explain how returns work. If you refund an order, we refund our commission on the refunded amount; Stripe's rules apply to its own fee.

How do I ship fragile pieces?

You pack and send them as you do today, with the carrier you trust. We set up your shipping zones and rates — and pickup at the studio for customers nearby.

I have 300 pieces. Can you put them all online?

Setup includes up to 100 products at launch, which covers most studios. For a bigger catalogue, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.

What does Christmas cost me?

2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 per calendar month: a €7,150 December costs €49 in commission. Stripe's card fee is separate. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
