Sell wine online, from the shop your customers trust.

People come to you for your selection and your advice. Add Your Shop lets your wine shop sell wine online from its own website — cases, gift boxes and tasting places, collected in store, delivered locally or shipped. We set it up for you, age check included.

No setup fee, no monthly fee. 2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 a month.

Inside an independent wine shop: wooden racks of bottles from floor to ceiling and a tasting table with a wooden case of six.
Your selection

A wine shop is a selection and a recommendation. Online, it should feel the same: your bottles, your words, your cases — not a warehouse.

A gift box for Christmas, a mixed case for a regular who moved away, two places at Thursday's tasting — each order arrives by email, paid by card.

How it works for a wine shop

Your advice, on every product page.

We present each wine the way you would at the counter: the producer, the appellation, the grapes, how it's made, its aromas and what to serve it with. Customers order a bottle, a case of six or a gift box; you prepare it for pickup, deliver it nearby or ship it in protective packaging.

  • Age confirmation at checkout — sale to under-18s is prohibited in France
  • Mixed cases and gift boxes you put together
  • Pickup in store, local delivery, and shipping zones you choose
  • Up to 100 products online at launch, set up for you

Questions

Wine shops ask us

Guide: selling wine online in France
Is it legal to sell wine online in France?

Yes. Selling alcohol at a distance counts as takeaway sales, so it needs a takeaway licence or an on-premises licence that covers it (Service Public: alcohol licences). Sale to under-18s is prohibited (Code de la santé publique, article L3342-1), so your shop asks customers to confirm their age at checkout. French practice for online alcohol sales also covers the health message, the official under-18 notice and, for resellers, breathalysers offered for sale. We set up the age confirmation and the notices with you; check the rules for your activity.

What can I say about a wine?

In France, the Loi Évin keeps alcohol communication factual: origin, appellation, grapes, how the wine is made, its colour, aromas and taste, and what to serve it with. No images of people drinking, no lifestyle promises. We write your product pages in that register.

Can I ship to other countries?

Within France, by courier in protective boxes, to the zones and at the rates you choose. Shipping wine to private customers in another EU country means paying that country's excise duty, often through a tax representative. Many shops start with France, local delivery and pickup — check with the douane before opening other countries.

My cellar has 600 references. Do they all go online?

They don't have to. Setup includes up to 100 products at launch; most wine shops start with their cases, gift boxes and best-known bottles, and add more later. For a bigger catalogue, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.

Can customers book a tasting evening?

Yes. Each tasting is a product with its date, its price and its number of places; once it's full, it shows as sold out. Bookings arrive by email like any order.

What does December cost me?

Our commission is 2.5% per order, capped at €49 per calendar month — so a December with €14,400 of orders costs €49 in commission. Stripe's card fee is separate: 1.5% + €0.25 per payment for a standard European card.
