Florists

An online shop for florists, with bouquets delivered across town.

Bouquets are often ordered from an office, for someone else, at the last minute. Add Your Shop is an online shop for florists, on your own website: your customers choose a size, write the card, pick a delivery slot and pay. We set it all up for you.

No setup fee, no monthly fee. 2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 a month.

Flowers for someone else

Most bouquets are bought for someone who isn't in the shop. The order has to say what, for whom, where and when — and the words on the card.

Your Shop tab asks for all of it, takes the payment and sends you one clear email per order. Your rounds stay yours.

How it works for a florist

Bouquets of the moment, in a few sizes.

Flowers change every week, so most florists sell a bouquet of the moment — florist's choice in the season's colours — in a few sizes and prices, with a photo that shows the style. The customer writes the card, chooses delivery or pickup and pays by card.

  • Delivery zones and time slots that follow your rounds

May

Mother's Day — mid-May in Belgium, late May or early June in France — and the start of the wedding season.

June

Father's Day plants; weddings every weekend.

1 November

In figures

Three months at an illustrative florist.

Invented figures, real maths: 2.5% per order, never more than €49 in a calendar month, with Stripe's own fee shown separately.

Questions

Florists ask us

Visit the help centre
Can I offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We set up your delivery zones and time slots around your rounds, including same-day slots if you offer them. Each order email shows the slot, the address and the card message.

What if the bouquet doesn't look exactly like the photo?

That's the nature of flowers. Most florists sell a bouquet of the moment — florist's choice in the season's colours — and say so on the product page. The photo shows the style and the size, not the exact stems.

Can a customer cancel or return flowers?

Fresh flowers spoil quickly, so they are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases (Your Europe: returns). Your shop shows your own terms — what happens if nobody is home, for example. If you refund an order, we refund our commission on the refunded amount.

Can I deliver sympathy flowers?

Yes. The customer gives the funeral home or the ceremony address, the date and the ribbon message, and you receive it all in one email. Many florists keep sympathy pieces in a category of their own.

How do subscriptions work?

As a prepaid product: a bouquet every week or every month for three or six months, paid once at the start. You receive the order with the delivery dates; a renewal is simply a new order.

What does Valentine's Day cost me?

2.5% per order paid online, capped at €49 per calendar month: a €6,300 February costs €49 in commission, not €157.50. Stripe's card fee is separate. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
