    You send your productsA price list and a few photos are enough — even a picture of your blackboard. We'll ask for anything missing.

    We build your shopUp to 100 products in your colours, card payments, and the pickup, delivery or shipping options your customers choose from. Typically a few working days, and you approve it before it goes live.

    You go liveWe add the Shop tab to your menu, or send your web designer a one-line instruction. Orders arrive by email, ready for you to prepare; the money goes to your own Stripe account.
No commitment, no card needed, €0 until you sell. After that, 2.5% of each order paid online, on top of the usual card payment fees. A new website, if you need one, is €20 a month.

What helps us get you live faster.

None of this is needed to send the form. Having it to hand when we reply simply saves a few emails.

  • Your products and pricesA spreadsheet, a PDF price list or a photo of your blackboard. Up to 100 products are included at launch; for more, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.

Before you send

Is there any commitment?

No. Sending the form doesn't commit you to anything, and we don't ask for a card. If you go ahead, there's no minimum term — you can stop whenever you like.

What's included in the free setup?

We build your shop from what you send us — a price list, a menu, photos or your current website: up to 100 products at launch, your logo and colours, the pickup, delivery or shipping options your customers choose from, order emails, help opening your own Stripe account, and the Shop link on your site. After launch, hosting, security, updates and support are included, and we make your changes for you, usually within a working day or two.

What will it cost?

For a Shop tab, no setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 2.5% of each order paid online, on top of the usual card payment fees (1.5% + €0.25 per payment for standard European cards), and nothing in a month without sales. If you'd like us to build your whole website too, the website plan is €20 a month. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing and the calculator.

How long until my shop is live?

Typically a few working days once we have your products, prices and photos. Our preview plan gives you a realistic date.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes — payments go to your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the start. If you don't have one yet, we'll guide you through opening it while we set up your shop.

I don't have a website. Can I still get started?

Yes. Choose “A new website” in the form. With our website plan, we design, build and host your whole website and register your domain name for €20 a month, and you can add a Shop tab to it whenever you like. See the website plan.

My website was built by someone else. Is that a problem?

Not at all. If a link can be added to your menu — by you, your web designer or by us with your access — the shop works. See how it works with your site.
