- 02We prepare a preview planHow the Shop tab will sit on your site, which products to start with, how customers will collect or receive their orders — and what it will cost.
- 03You send your productsA price list and a few photos are enough — even a picture of your blackboard. We'll ask for anything missing.
- 04We build your shopUp to 100 products in your colours, card payments through Stripe, and pickup, delivery or shipping. Typically a few working days, and you approve it before it goes live.
- 05You go liveWe add the Shop tab to your menu, or send your web designer a one-line instruction. Orders arrive by email; the money goes to your own Stripe account.

None of this is needed to send the form. Having it to hand when we reply simply saves a few emails.
- Your website addressAnd who can add a link to its menu: you, your web designer, or us with your access.
- Your products and pricesA spreadsheet, a PDF price list or a photo of your blackboard. Up to 100 products are included at launch; for more, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.
- A few photosPhone photos are fine — our guide shows how to take good ones. We can also start from the photos on your website.
- How customers get their orderPickup at the shop (and when), local delivery (and where), shipping — or a mix.
- Your Stripe account, if you have oneIf not, we'll guide you through opening one. You'll need your business details and your bank account.
- Your opening hoursSo pickup slots and delivery days fit the way your shop already works.
- Your logo and coloursIf you don't have them as files, we'll match them to your website.
- Your busy datesChristmas, Easter, Mother's Day, the harvest: tell us early and we'll plan your shop around them.

Before you send
Is there any commitment?
No. Sending the form doesn't commit you to anything, and we don't ask for a card. If you go ahead, there's no minimum term — you can stop whenever you like.
What's included in the free setup?
We build your shop from what you send us — a price list, a menu, photos or your current website: up to 100 products at launch, your logo and colours, pickup slots, delivery zones or shipping rates, order emails, help opening your own Stripe account, and the Shop link on your site. After launch, hosting, security, updates and support are included, and we make your changes for you, usually within a working day or two.
What will it cost?
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 2.5% of each order paid online, and never more than €49 per calendar month: once the cap is reached, the rest of that month's orders carry no commission. Stripe's card fee is separate and paid to Stripe — 1.5% + €0.25 per payment for standard European cards. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing and the calculator.
How long until my shop is live?
Typically a few working days once we have your products, prices and photos. Our preview plan gives you a realistic date.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — payments go to your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the start. If you don't have one yet, we'll guide you through opening it while we set up your shop.
My website was built by someone else. Is that a problem?
Not at all. If a link can be added to your menu — by you, your web designer or by us with your access — the shop works. See how it works with your site.
Can I join the founding shops programme?
