No cookies are set and no analytics, advertising or social media tools are loaded. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This relies on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Cloudflare is based in the United States and covers these transfers with the safeguards required by the GDPR and UK GDPR.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your address, name and message to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive. We keep these emails for as long as our relationship requires, then no longer than three years after our last contact.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Customers of the service
If you become a customer, your own customers' data (orders, contact details) is processed on your behalf, under our terms of service and a data processing agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing and ask for portability by writing to hello@addyour.shop. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK), the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the CNIL (France).
