Built around your trade

  • Collection at the agreed time

Customers say when they'll come in. You set your collection days and the minimum notice for ordering.

  • Paid upfront

Cakes are paid for online before you make them. Fewer no-shows, less waste.

  • Fewer calls at the counter

Orders arrive by email with everything to prepare. The phone rings less during the rush.

  • Better-planned bakes

You know in advance what's been ordered and can plan your production.

  • Allergens shown

We add the allergen information you give us to each product, before the order is placed.

  • Bancontact for Belgium

Belgian customers pay the way they're used to.

Set up for you in three steps

  1. You email us

Your website address, your products and your prices. A photo of your price list or chalkboard is enough.

  2. We build your shop

With your photos, your colours and your collection or delivery options. You approve it before it goes live.

  3. Orders start coming in

A Shop tab appears in your menu. Every paid order lands in your inbox.

Questions

Can customers choose their collection day?

Yes. You set your collection days and times and the minimum notice, for example the day before by 6pm for bread and 48 hours for a cake.

Does the 14-day cancellation right apply to cakes?

No. Perishable and made-to-order goods are exempt under UK, French and Belgian consumer law. We say so clearly in your shop before payment.

An agency built my website. Will this still work?

Yes. We add a simple "Shop" link to your menu, or send the instructions to your web designer. Nothing else changes.

What about my phone orders?

Keep them for your regulars. The online shop takes over in the evening, at weekends and during service, when you can't pick up.
