What you can sell, and what customers can order

  • Visitors from a craft fair who find your work online afterwards
  • Custom orders: colour, engraving, a name
  • Gift sets and bundles
  • Studio collection or posted parcels
Example: Kiln & Thread

Questions

I already sell on a marketplace. Do I have to stop?

No, the two work well together. A marketplace helps people discover you; your own shop is where customers who are looking for you buy, and come back.

Can I sell one-off pieces?

Yes. Each piece can be a single item that disappears from the shop once sold.

Does the 14-day cancellation right apply?

Generally yes, 14 days for distance sales, except for items personalised to order. We make this clear in your shop.
