You open your Stripe account
Stripe is the payment provider that takes your customers' payments. The account is in your name and the money goes to your bank account. We guide you through it.

Your colours and logo, your products with photos, descriptions and prices, your collection, local delivery or shipping options. You get a link to check everything before it goes live.

The Shop tab appears on your website
We add the link to your menu. The shop lives at an address in your name, such as shop.yoursite.co.uk. The rest of your site doesn't change.

Every paid order lands in your inbox with what to prepare and the customer's details. You prepare it, then the customer collects or you deliver.

Questions about setup
How long does it take to launch my shop?
Mostly it depends on how many products you have and how quickly your Stripe account is approved. For a shop with a few dozen products, it usually takes a few days from your first email to going live.
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. The shop is hosted by us. On your website, you only add a "Shop" link to the menu: we can do it for you if you give us access, or send you the steps for your tool (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Jimdo…).
I don't have professional photos. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Sharp phone photos taken in daylight work really well. We crop and tidy them up for your shop.
Can I change my products after launch?
Yes. You can change prices, add a product or pause one at any time. If you'd rather not, email us and we'll do it.
