Rather than invent quotes, we're working closely with a small group of founding shops. Their stories will appear on this page as they go live.

Three illustrative examples, not real customers: the shops and their numbers are made up. The fees are exactly what you would pay — our 2.5%, capped at €49 a month, and Stripe's standard card fee, which is separate and paid to Stripe.
Customers reserve sourdough, croissants and tarts during the week, pay online and collect on Saturday morning in a pickup slot. In a typical month: 40 orders averaging €22.
