What you do, your opening hours, your logo and a few photos, or the address of the site you'd like replaced. We'll ask for anything that's missing.
We design and build it
Your pages in your colours, with your photos and your words. We register your domain name and set up hosting and HTTPS. You approve the site before it goes live.
We look after it
Your website goes live at its own address. Send us changes whenever you need them, and add a Shop tab when you're ready.

Your website can take orders as well. We set up your shop as we do for every Add Your Shop customer, for 2.5% of each order paid online, on top of the usual card payment fees. No sales, nothing extra.
Your products online
We put your products, photos and prices online, in the same colours as your website.
Orders by email
Each order arrives in your inbox. You prepare it for pickup, delivery or shipping, the way you do today.
Paid to your bank
Customers pay by card into your own payment account with Stripe, which pays the money out to your bank.
Your address is never held hostage.
We register your domain name in our name and renew it for you, so you never have to think about it. If you ever leave, this is exactly what happens.
Your domain name goes with you
We unlock it and give you the transfer code, free and with no strings attached, so you can move it to your own name with the registrar of your choice.
Your own photos and texts stay yours
Everything you sent us (photos, logo, texts, price lists) remains yours. Ask, and we send it back; then we delete it.
The website itself goes offline
Its design, pages and code, and the texts and images we created, are part of the service. They stay with us, and the site goes offline at the end of your last paid month.

An agency or freelancer is the better choice for a made-to-measure design, a large or complex site, or connections to your till, stock or accounting software. Building it yourself suits you if you enjoy it and have the time. Our price excludes VAT. Agency or Add Your Shop, compared in detail.
What's included in the €20 a month?
Everything needed to have your website online and looked after: the design and build, hosting, HTTPS, your domain name, security and software updates, and the changes you ask for. There's no setup fee. Prices exclude VAT.
Who is the website plan for?
Local and independent businesses with no website yet, or with a site they'd like replaced and fully looked after. If you're happy with your current website, our Shop tab adds online ordering to it instead.
How big can my website be?
The plan covers the pages a local business needs: home, what you sell, your story, opening hours, how to find you and a contact page. For a larger site, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.
Do I need to write the texts and take the photos?
Send what you have: your own photos, your logo, a few lines about your business. We put it together and complete the rest, and you approve the website before it goes live.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. New photos, prices, opening hours, a holiday notice: send them over and we make the change, usually within one or two working days. For bigger work, such as a complete redesign, we'll confirm what's involved before we start.
Can I sell online as well?
Yes, now or later. We add a Shop tab to your website and set up your shop: your products, card payments, and the pickup, delivery or shipping options your customers choose from. You prepare, hand over or send the orders yourself. It costs 2.5% of each order paid online, on top of the €20 a month and the usual card payment fees.
Who owns the domain name?
We register it in our name and renew it year after year, so you never have to deal with renewals or DNS settings. It's never held hostage: if you leave, we unlock it and give you the transfer code, free and with no strings attached, so you can move it to your own name.
I already have a domain name. Can I keep it?
Yes. Your current address can point to your new website. We'll agree with you whether it stays where it's registered today or moves to us, so that we look after its renewals.
What happens if I leave?
You can stop whenever you like: the plan is monthly and ends at the end of the month you've already paid for. Then:
- You keep your domain name. We hand it over free: we unlock it and give you the transfer code.
- The website itself is part of the service, so it goes offline. That includes its design, pages and code, and the texts and images we created.
- Your own photos and texts stay yours. Ask, and we send them back; then we delete them, as our terms set out.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The plan is billed monthly in advance, and you can stop whenever you like with a simple email. It ends at the end of the month you've already paid for, with nothing more to pay.
Do you guarantee a place on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in search results, so we don't. Your website shows clearly what you sell, where you are and when you're open, and you can link to it from your Google Business Profile and your social media.
