Hand-ladled curd with chives, parsley and shallot. Keeps for a week in the fridge.

Whole milk, plain, in a glass jar you bring back when you next collect.

Our own suckler-reared veal: roast, escalopes, chops, stewing veal and mince, vacuum-packed. Next batch: mid-December.

From our hens, out every day in the meadow behind the cowshed.

Churned every week from the cream of our milk, unsalted, shaped by hand.
Fresh produce sells for a pickup day, and meat boxes are reserved before slaughter. This Shop tab is set up for both.
Customers choose the farm or a pickup point, and the day. Each order reaches you with the place on it, so you pack one crate per pickup point.
The cut-off is shown in the shop: by Thursday noon you know how much tomme to cut and how many yoghurts to make for the weekend.
Customers reserve and pay for their box before slaughter, so every box is sold before butchering and you know how many to plan for.
Belgian customers pay the way they're used to, with Bancontact, or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
