Specialist ordering platforms. And where Add Your Shop fits.
Bakeronline and Ollca are ordering platforms built for food artisans: bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers for one; butchers, cheesemongers, greengrocers and bakers for the other. Both quote prices on request. Add Your Shop has no fixed cost, a capped commission, and works for every local trade.
Facts checked on each company's official pages in October 2026. Sources are listed under the table.

Six questions to ask any platform.
Whichever service you choose, these answers decide what it really costs you. Here are ours.
Is there a setup fee?
Not with us: €0. We build the shop, with up to 100 products at launch.
A monthly fee, a commission, or both?
No monthly fee. 2.5% of each order paid online, never more than €49 in a calendar month.
Who pays the card fees?
Stripe charges its own fee, 1.5% + €0.25 for standard European cards, and we never mark it up.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Stop whenever you like; the Shop link comes out of your menu and your website stays as it was.
Who makes changes after launch?
We do, usually within a working day or two, at no extra cost. Or you do.
Where do customers order?
On your own website, from a Shop tab in your menu, in your colours.
Why don't you show Bakeronline's or Ollca's prices?
Because neither publishes them. Both invite you to contact them for an offer (checked October 2026). We only quote prices we can link to.
Is a bakery platform better for a bakery?
It can be. Bakeronline is built around bakery routines such as daily production lists, in-shop order printing and counter orders. If those matter most to you, it's worth a call. If you want a shop on your own website, set up for you, with no fixed cost, we're a good fit too: pickup slots and pre-order dates are how we set up bakeries. See Add Your Shop for bakeries.
What about Rapidle?
Rapidle, a French click & collect service for food shops founded in 2015, was acquired in 2022 by Puratos to be merged with Bakeronline, which Puratos had acquired in 2018.
Is Ollca a marketplace?
In part. Shoppers can search Ollca's site by address to find food shops near them, then order and pay online for click & collect or delivery. Ollca also helps each shop set up its online shop. With Add Your Shop, customers order on your own website.
Do you work with butchers and cheesemongers?
Yes. We set up shops for cheese shops, butchers and delis as well as bakeries, wine shops, florists, farms, breweries and makers. See Add Your Shop for delis.
